CONDITIONS OF AGREEMENT & DEBIT ORDER AUTHORISATION FOR WEB SERVICES

I/We hereby request, instruct and authorize you to draw against my/our account with the above mentioned bank (or any other bank or branch to which I may transfer our account) the sum of R 0.00, as the amount necessary for payment for our monthly web site / internet access, on the 1st day of each month, commencing .

I/We understand that the withdrawals hereby authorized will be processed by computer through a system known as the ABC Magnetic Tape Service, and I/We also understand that details of each withdrawal will be printed on my bank statement or accompanying voucher. I/We agree to pay any bank charges relating to this debit order instruction and that there will be an annual increase not exceeding 10%.

This authority may be cancelled by you by giving us 30 days (calendar month) notice and will only be accepted if cancellation form is completed sent by prepaid registered post or fax. I hereby agree to the terms and conditions of SA Webs, which are present on www.sawebs.co.za/terms.html

Electronic invoices are issued upon request of this monthly transaction, you can action this by emailing accounts@sawebs.co.za. Receipt of this instruction by you shall be regarded as receipt thereof by my/our bank. (Please ensure that there are funds available during the first week of the month as the above debit may be transacted later than the 1st day of the month)

A web requirements list is sent to the client and it's the client's responsibility to provide us with content for the web development.
